Properties of Good Sealant

Different types of sealants with good properties are available. The basic properties of a good sealant should be as follows.

  • The sealant should have good bond with building materials.
  • The sealant should be soft.
  • It should be flexible.
  • It should not affected by the weather changes.
  • It should strong against stress and stress relief cycle.
Joint Sealants/Poly Sulphide Sealant

We offer good quality and branded Expansion joint sealants which are manufactured using qualitative raw materials. Our range of expansion joint sealants are of sealant are used for expansion joints of the buildings, filling cracks and concrete repair paste. Possessing high elastic properties, it does not allow the cracks to re-open even if there is movement between the surfaces.  We offer and apply gun grade and pouring grade polysulphide sealants, silicon sealants and polyurethane sealants.

Crack Filling(PU & Foam ) Sealant

We also offer and apply best quality crack filling sealants such as Butyl rubber based sealants and Acrylic latex caulk.
